Masts are made by the filament winding process by CNC machines. This will ensure maximum durability even in extreme conditions, such as strong wind and low temperature –very low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).
Where the other masts refract and deflating, our last thanks to the fibre orientation in different angles – and the use of high pressure during production when there is a high pressure towards to filament layers.
The priorities in this production are:
- long service life, dimensional stability, very low susceptibility to icing in the severe enviroments
- low weight – easy manipulation
